Flash is a smart on-demand power-bank sharing solution for your mobile device.  Users can download and use our app to scan the QR-Code on the kiosks and follow the rental process.  Users can take the power bank on the go with them.  Once finished using the charger, just return it to the nearest station around them.

All our Flash Power Banks are 5000mAh

iPhone X battery is about 2700mAh. So, assuming there is no other major loss, the iPhone X can be charged at about 2 times with a fully charged 5000mAh battery.

After scanning the QR code to rent successfully, if the battery fails to charge, you can return it for free within 5 minutes. After more than 5 minutes, less than one hour is counted as one hour. If it is not returned within 36 hours, the system will default to the loss of the power bank, and the deposit will be deducted.

Yes. Every time you want to rent a power bank, we have to double-check if you have a security deposit in your account.  After you are not using the service, you can withdraw it manually whenever you want.

No, each account can only borrow one power bank at once.

At some locations, you will see a charging cord on the side of the Flash Kiosk that will allow you to charge your phone enough to download the app and rent the power bank. (May does not apply to all kiosk locations)

No, simply insert the power bank back into an empty slot, and wait for triumphant return indicating sound. The app will turn your rental status to completed.

If your power bank bounce out is not charging correctly or damaged, you have five minums to return it to the kiosk without any fee.  After five minums, we will start charging for this rental order, including that previse five minums. 

Use our app to locate the nearest kiosks and click the pins around you at other participating merchants to see if there are any empty slots available. If, for some reason, you’re still out of luck, please contact support here within the app.

Each power bank has a daily 5 hours maximum rate charge.  At any given time, you can return it to a kiosk near you.  After 36 hours, we will mark your power bank automatically as lost and deduct your security deposit.

When you are returning the power bank into an empty slot on a kiosk, the kiosk will reply to an indicating sound to confirm the order.  

Option 1:  Wait for the kiosk says, ” Return success, welcome to use it again.”

Option 2: Open our app. The current rental order status will be dismissed. 

Yes, all our power banks are rechargeable using a Micro-USB cable.
