When reporting problems, please include the following information:

• Is the problem reproducible? If so, how?
• Which version of Windows are you running (Windows 98, Windows 2000, etc.)?
• Which version of Batch File Utility are you running (to view which version of Batch File Utility you are using, choose "About.." in the Help menu)? Please include the entire "version" line in your problem report.
• If a dialog box with an error message was displayed, please include the full text of the dialog box, including the text in the title bar.
